From the Fortaleza Airport, take bus line 404 Aeroporto / Rodoviária / Centro towards the city center. Get off at a bus stop on Rua General Sampaio, near the Centro district. From there, walk east on Rua General Sampaio, then turn right onto Av. Pessoa Anta. The Customs Building will be on your left. The bus fare is R$4.50.
