Public Transport

From Puerto Iguazu, take a bus to the entrance of Iguazu National Park. Buses depart regularly from the main bus terminal. The bus fare is approximately ARS 6,000 roundtrip. Upon arrival at the park entrance, purchase your park entrance ticket. As of July 2025, the entrance fee for non-residents is approximately ARS 45,000. After entering the park, take the free shuttle bus to the Cataratas Station, the access point for Circuito Inferior.
Walking

If you are already inside Iguazu National Park, you can walk to the Circuito Inferior from the main visitor center. Follow the well-marked trails for approximately 1.5 kilometers (20-30 minutes) to the entrance of the circuit. The path is clearly signposted.

The Circuito Inferior, or Lower Circuit, is a highlight of the Iguazu Falls National Park on the Argentinian side. The circuit begins near the Cataratas Station, accessible via the park's ecological train. As you descend, the path winds through the dense subtropical jungle, offering glimpses of the diverse flora and fauna of the region. Stand close to the Salto Bossetti and feel the full force of the water as it plunges into the river below. The Circuito Inferior also provides access to the free boat launch to Isla San Martin, offering even closer views of the falls. The majority of the circuit is accessible, with ramps available on one of the two paths to the same location.Allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to fully experience the Circuito Inferior, taking time to soak in the views and capture memorable photos.
