Getting there

Walking

From the center of Jericoacoara, head east towards Praia da Malhada. Continue along the beach, following the coastline. The walk to Duna Encantada from this point is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. There are no entrance fees for accessing the beach or the dune.

Taxi

From Jijoca de Jericoacoara, the most practical way to reach Duna Encantada is by taxi or 4x4 vehicle. A taxi ride to a closer access point will cost approximately R$75-R$90 and take about 1 hour. From there, a short walk will lead you to the dune. Keep in mind that taxis cannot directly access the dune due to the sandy terrain.
