From the Carioca station, you will exit to Rua da Assembléia. Walk east on Rua da Assembléia towards the intersection with Rua do Lavradio. Turn right onto Rua do Lavradio and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Rio Branco. Cross Avenida Rio Branco and continue walking straight until you reach Boulevard Olímpico.

You can catch a bus heading to Centro. Look for bus lines that have stops at 'Praça Mauá' or 'Avenida Rio Branco'. Disembark at either stop, and from Praça Mauá, walk towards the waterfront where you will see Boulevard Olímpico. If you get off at Avenida Rio Branco, walk east towards Praça Mauá and continue to the waterfront.

If you are staying in the Centro area, you can easily walk to Boulevard Olímpico. Start at Praça Mauá, which is a central point. From there, walk towards the Museu do Amanhã (Museum of Tomorrow) located on the waterfront. Boulevard Olímpico runs along the waterfront, and you will see various attractions and art installations along the promenade.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available in Rio de Janeiro.
