Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near a metro station, take the Metro Line 1 (the yellow line) and head towards the 'General Osório' station. Disembark at the 'Carioca' station. From the Carioca station, you will exit to Rua da Assembléia. Walk east on Rua da Assembléia towards the intersection with Rua do Lavradio. Turn right onto Rua do Lavradio and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Rio Branco. Cross Avenida Rio Branco and continue walking straight until you reach Boulevard Olímpico.

  • Bus

    You can catch a bus heading to Centro. Look for bus lines that have stops at 'Praça Mauá' or 'Avenida Rio Branco'. Disembark at either stop, and from Praça Mauá, walk towards the waterfront where you will see Boulevard Olímpico. If you get off at Avenida Rio Branco, walk east towards Praça Mauá and continue to the waterfront.
