Travel towards the direction of Jardim Oceânico. Alight at the São Conrado station. From the station, take the exit towards Av. Prefeito Mendes de Morais, and head towards the beach.

Ask the driver to drop you off at Estrada da Canoa. Once you get off, walk about 10 minutes up Estrada da Canoa towards number 722, where Hang Gliding & Helicopter Tour is located.
