Public Transport

From Copacabana, take the Metrô Rio from Siqueira Campos station to Uruguaiana station (L1 or L4 lines). From there, it's a short walk or a Light Rail (LRT) ride to Pier Mauá. The metro fare is approximately R$4.50. Alternatively, several bus lines connect Copacabana to Pier Mauá. A bus ride will cost around R$4.05.

Walking

If you are already in the Porto Maravilha area, walking to Pier Mauá is a great option. From Mauá Square, head east along Avenida Rodrigues Alves. The pier is easily accessible and well-signposted. Walking from the Estação Central do Brasil (Central Station) is also possible, approximately 1.5 km and will take 10-15 minutes.
