Subway
Start at your nearest subway station in Rio de Janeiro. Take Line 1 (the Light Blue line) towards Uruguaiana. Alight at the 'Ipanema/General Osório' station. From there, transfer to Line 9 (the Dark Blue line) at the 'Ipanema/General Osório' station, heading towards 'São Conrado'. Ride the train until you reach the 'São Conrado' station.

Upon exiting the 'São Conrado' subway station, head north on Av. Pref. Mendes de Morais. Continue walking straight for approximately 10 minutes. You will pass by several local shops and cafes along the way. Xtreme Adventures will be on your left at Av. Pref. Mendes de Morais, s/n, São Conrado.

From 'Ipanema/General Osório' station, you can also take a bus. Exit the subway and head to the bus stop at Rua Visconde de Pirajá. Look for bus number 583 (São Conrado) or 584 (Gávea). Board the bus and remain on it until you reach the stop at Av. Pref. Mendes de Morais. Once you get off, Xtreme Adventures is just a short walk away.
