Getting There

• Walking

  From the main beach area in Copacabana, head towards Avenida Atlântica and walk along the beach promenade. Continue walking until you reach Rua Barão de Ipanema. Turn right onto Rua Barão de Ipanema and continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rua Francisco Sa. Turn left onto Rua Francisco Sa. Continue walking until you see the entrance to Summit Cannons on your right. The entire walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your pace.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  You can take a bus from various points in Copacabana. Look for bus lines that have 'Copacabana' as their destination. Board the bus at one of the bus stops along Avenida Atlântica and ask the driver if it stops near Summit Cannons. Get off at the nearest stop, which should be around Rua Francisco Sa. From there, walk about 5 minutes to reach the entrance of Summit Cannons. The bus fare is generally around R$3.50.

• Public Transport (Metro)

  Take the Metro from the nearest station in Copacabana, which is the 'Cardeal Arcoverde' station. Board the train towards 'Ipanema'. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Siqueira Campos'. Exit the station and walk towards Rua Barão de Ipanema. Turn right on Rua Barão de Ipanema, then left onto Rua Francisco Sa. Continue walking until you reach Summit Cannons. This journey will take around 15-20 minutes once you're on the Metro, but factor in additional time for waiting and walking.
