The zoo rescues animals that are victims of trafficking, mistreatment, and accidents, providing a home for those that cannot return to the wild. Visitors can observe animals such as jaguars, capybaras, wolves, monkeys, and various bird species. The zoo also features a botanical garden with over 3,000 plant species.
