    From Spanish Town, drive north on North Sound Road. After approximately 5 minutes, look for a blue sign indicating the turnoff to Savannah Bay. Turn onto the unpaved beach road and drive carefully to the small parking area overlooking the ocean. Note that the road is a bit bumpy, but a 4x4 vehicle is not required. Parking is free, but limited to about 5-6 cars. Taxis are also readily available in Spanish Town. Expect to pay around $4-$7 per person for a one-way trip from the ferry dock to Savannah Bay. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

  • Public Transport

    While there is no direct public transportation to Savannah Bay, you can take a taxi from the Spanish Town ferry dock. Upon arrival at the ferry dock from either Beef Island or Tortola, taxis are usually available. The taxi ride will take approximately 5 minutes and cost $4-$7 per person. Ferry fares from Tortola (Road Town) to Virgin Gorda (Spanish Town) are around $20 one way or $30 round trip for adults. Ferry services are provided by Speedy's and Smith's Ferry. From Beef Island (Trellis Bay), the fare is around $30 round trip to Spanish Town via Speedy's Ferry.
