Getting There

  • Taxi

    From Road Town, the main hub of Tortola, taxis are readily available. The taxi ride to Apple Bay takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Taxis are not metered, and rates are per person and per destination. Expect to pay around $30-$40 for the taxi ride for one person, with additional passengers incurring a surcharge. Confirm the rate with the driver before starting your journey.

  • Rental Car

    If you prefer to drive, rental cars are available at Soper's Hole Ferry Terminal and in Road Town. The drive to Apple Bay from Soper's Hole is about 10 minutes. Be aware that driving is on the left side of the road in the BVI. Several car rental agencies are available, including Avis, Dollar, and Hertz. Rental costs vary, but expect to pay around $50-$75 per day. Parking is available near Apple Bay Beach.
