Walking
From the center of Bandar Seri Begawan, near the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex, walk southeast along Jalan McArthur towards the waterfront. Continue until you reach the Brunei Energy Hub Dermaga Diraja. From there, proceed along the waterfront promenade, following signs for Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

Public Transport
From the main bus terminal in Bandar Seri Begawan, take a local bus heading towards Jalan Kebangsaan or the Tutong route. The fare is around BND 1.50. Inform the driver you wish to go to Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas. The bus will drop you off near the park entrance, a short walk from the park itself.
