If you are in the city center of Bandar Seri Begawan, start by heading southwest on Jalan McArthur. Continue straight for about 500 meters. You will pass the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex on your left. After reaching the intersection with Jalan Sultan, turn left. Walk for another 300 meters until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Jalan Kianggeh. Cross the road carefully and continue straight. You will see the Youth Centre ahead on your right. The address is VWRV+WHH, Jalan, Bandar Seri Begawan BS8211.

From the city center, locate the nearest bus stop and board any bus heading towards Kianggeh. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Kianggeh Market bus stop. Once you disembark, walk along Jalan Kianggeh heading towards Jalan Bandar. After about 200 meters, you will find the Youth Centre on your left at VWRV+WHH, Jalan, Bandar Seri Begawan BS8211.
