If you are in the central area of Bandar Seri Begawan, start at the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, a prominent landmark. From the mosque, head east on Jalan Pretty for about 700 meters until you reach the junction with Jalan Kota Batu. Turn left onto Jalan Kota Batu and continue walking for approximately 1.2 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the signposts indicating the direction of the Mausoleum. After about 15 to 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Mausoleum of Sultan Bolkiah, located on your right at the address VXJ7+HW7, Kampung Kota Batu.

To reach the Mausoleum of Sultan Bolkiah via public transport, find the nearest bus stop in the city center. Board a bus heading towards Kampung Kota Batu. You can ask the bus driver to notify you when you reach the stop closest to the Mausoleum. The bus journey will take about 15 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you get off the bus, walk along Jalan Kota Batu for about 5 to 10 minutes. Look for the Mausoleum on your right at VXJ7+HW7, Kampung Kota Batu.
