Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Bangar, head north on Jalan Bangar. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a small roundabout. Take the first exit onto Jalan Jerudong. Continue walking straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach another roundabout. At this roundabout, take the second exit, which will lead you directly towards Jerudong. You will then see signs pointing towards Istana Nurul Izzah. Follow the signs for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at the entrance of Istana Nurul Izzah.

    From the Bangar Town Center, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Start by cycling north on Jalan Bangar for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the small roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Jerudong. Continue cycling straight for 3 kilometers. At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards Jerudong. Follow the signs for Istana Nurul Izzah, which will take you about 1 kilometer further ahead, leading you directly to the entrance of the palace.
