If you're driving, start from the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan. Take the route towards the Belait District via the Jalan Labi. Follow the signs for the Belait District. Once you reach the town of Kuala Belait, continue along the main road (Jalan Kuala Belait) until you reach Sungai Belait, which is located just outside of the town center. The river is easily accessible, and parking is available along the roadside.
Public Transportation
To reach Sungai Belait using public transport, take a bus from Bandar Seri Begawan to Kuala Belait. The bus service is relatively frequent but check the latest schedules as they may vary.
