    If you are already within Bukit Shahbandar Recreational Park, head towards the information center. From there, take the path leading east toward the Bukit Mentiri Trail. The trail is well-marked, and you will find signs directing you along the path. The walk will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on your pace.

  • Public Transport

    From the city center of Bandar Seri Begawan, take a bus heading towards Mentiri. The bus will take you to the nearest stop, which is along Jalan Mentiri. From Kampong Mentiri to Bandar Seri Begawan, the line 39 bus departs from Pantai Mentiri Golf Club to Bandar Seri Begawan Bus Terminal hourly, and the journey takes 35 min. Once you alight, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach the entrance of Bukit Shahbandar Recreational Park. After entering the park, follow the signs for Bukit Mentiri Trail. Note that you might need to check the local bus schedule for timings and routes. Bus fare is around $1 BND.

    If you're driving from the city center of Bandar Seri Begawan, head southeast on Jalan Tutong for about 15 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jalan Mentiri. Continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers until you see the entrance to Bukit Shahbandar Recreational Park on your left. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Bukit Mentiri Trail, which is located towards the eastern section of the park. Parking is available inside Bukit Shahbandar Recreational Park. Parking fee is free.
