    If driving from Tutong Town, head southeast on Jalan Tutong towards Jalan Seria. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Seria. Turn left onto Jalan Seria and continue for about 10 kilometers. The Billionth Barrel Monument will be on your right at J888+PV3, Seria. Free parking is available near the monument.
