Car
If you are driving, start from the capital city, Bandar Seri Begawan. Head south on Jalan Tutong, following the signs for Tutong. Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach the roundabout at Tutong Town. Take the second exit to stay on Jalan Tutong. After approximately 10 km, turn left onto Jalan Lumut. Follow this road for another 15 km until you reach Lumut. The Lumut Lighthouse is located at JCX5+QCR, Lumut, Liang, Mukim Liang. There is parking available near the lighthouse.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Bandar Seri Begawan to Tutong. The bus service is available from the main terminal, and the fare is around BND 1.50. Once you arrive at Tutong Town, transfer to a local minibus or taxi heading towards Lumut. The minibus fare will be approximately BND 2.00. Ask the driver to drop you off at JCX5+QCR, Lumut, Liang, Mukim Liang, where the Lumut Lighthouse is located. Be sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Bandar Seri Begawan to Lumut. The journey will take around 45 minutes, and the fare will generally be between BND 25 to BND 35, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The taxi can drop you off directly at the Lumut Lighthouse located at JCX5+QCR, Lumut, Liang, Mukim Liang.
