    If driving from Sungai Liang, head south on Jalan Lumut towards Lumut. Follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers, passing through small villages. Look for the sign for Lumut Lighthouse, which will be on your left. Turn left onto the access road leading to the lighthouse. Parking is limited.

    To reach Lumut Lighthouse via public transport, take a local bus from Sungai Liang to the nearest bus terminal in Lumut. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. From the terminal, take a taxi to the lighthouse, which is about 10 minutes away and should cost around BND 5-10. Confirm the fare before starting your journey.

    The Lumut Lighthouse (Rumah Api Lumut in Malay) is an active navigational beacon located in Kampong Sungai Kayu Ara, Brunei. Inaugurated in March 2005, the lighthouse stands 32 meters (105 ft) tall and is painted in red, white, and blue. The lighthouse emits three white flashes every 15 seconds from a 30-meter hexagonal tower equipped with a lantern and gallery. With a range of 45 kilometers (28 mi), it serves as a navigational aid for ships heading toward Lumut, an area on the South China Sea. Visitors are drawn to the lighthouse for its architectural charm and the serene surroundings. The elevated position grants panoramic views of the South China Sea, making it an ideal spot for sunset watching.
