If you are already within Jerudong Park Playground, you can walk to Hills 3. Exit the main area of the park and head towards Jalan Jerudong. Once you reach Jalan Jerudong, turn left and continue on foot until you reach Jalan Pinus. Turn left onto Jalan Pinus, and you will find Hills 3 along this road. It's a short walk, but be prepared for the Brunei heat, so stay hydrated.
