Walking
If you are in Jerudong, start by heading southeast towards the main road, Jln Jerudong. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Jln Menteri Besar. Turn right onto Jln Menteri Besar and continue walking straight for about 2.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. As you approach the end of Jln Menteri Besar, you will see Istana Nurul Iman on your left. The grand palace is easily recognizable due to its distinctive golden domes and large structure.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from any local rental station in Jerudong. Start by cycling southeast towards Jln Jerudong and then merge onto Jln Menteri Besar. Continue cycling straight for about 2.5 kilometers. Be cautious as you navigate through local traffic. Once you reach the vicinity of Istana Nurul Iman, you will find designated areas to park your bicycle safely. The palace will be directly ahead with its majestic architecture.
Public Transport
While there are limited public transport options in Jerudong, you can take a bus heading towards Bandar Seri Begawan. Look for a bus stop near your location and wait for a bus with the sign indicating Bandar Seri Begawan. Once aboard, inform the driver you would like to get off near Istana Nurul Iman. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to the palace entrance. From there, it is just a short walk to reach the main gates of Istana Nurul Iman.
