Walking
If you are starting from the Kuala Belait Town Center, head east on Jalan Rakyat towards Jalan Bunga Raya. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Setia. Turn left onto Jalan Setia and walk for about 600 meters. You will see a sign indicating the direction to Cardinal Sim's Memorial as you approach H6Q4+QWM. Follow the signs, and after another 300 meters, you will arrive at the memorial, which is located on the right side of the road.

From the Kuala Belait Bus Station, take bus number 31 heading towards the Kuala Belait Industrial Estate. Inform the driver that you want to stop at the nearest point to Cardinal Sim's Memorial. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'H6Q4+QWM' stop. Walk about 200 meters back along the road, and you will find the memorial on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Kuala Belait Town Park. Head northwest on Jalan Bunga Raya and merge onto Jalan Setia. Continue cycling straight for about 1 km. Watch for the directional signs to Cardinal Sim's Memorial. Once you see the sign, follow it for another 300 meters, and you will reach the memorial on your right.
