From the central bus terminal in Bandar Seri Begawan, take bus number 36 towards the Tutong area. Inform the driver you want to stop at Pantai Berakas. The bus ride takes 30-40 minutes, and the fare is approximately BND 1. Walk a short distance to the beach area from the bus stop.
