If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Mukim Labu. Head southeast on Jalan Labu towards Jalan Muara. Continue straight for about 10 km until you reach the vicinity of the Brunei River. Look for signs indicating the Boat Jetty at the riverbank. Parking is available near the jetty, but there may be a small fee of around BND 2 per hour.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Mukim Labu to the nearest bus station that services the area near the Brunei River. Buses such as the BND 12 can take you there. Once you arrive at the bus stop, walk towards the Brunei River where the Boat Jetty is located. The bus fare is approximately BND 1.50. From the jetty, you will need to hire a local boat or water taxi to reach Pulau Selirong, which may cost around BND 15-20 per person, depending on the number of passengers.
