Opened in 2017 to commemorate Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's Golden Jubilee, the park features gardens, promenades, and stunning views of the city skyline, Kampong Ayer, and the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. It's a popular spot for recreation, relaxation, and enjoying the beauty of Brunei's capital.

From the city center, such as the area around the Royal Regalia Museum, proceed towards Jalan Masjid Omar Ali Saifuddien. The park is located adjacent to the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. Follow the signs towards the waterfront; the park is easily accessible via the Sultan Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Pedestrian Bridge.

From the Bandar Seri Begawan Bus Terminal, take a bus that passes near Jalan Masjid Omar Ali Saifuddien. Alight at the nearest bus stop and walk towards the riverfront. Bus fares are generally BND 1 per trip. From there, the park is a short walk away. Note that buses typically stop running around 6:00 PM.
