If you're driving from the Temburong District, start by heading towards the Bangar town center. From Bangar, take the main road towards the Temburong Bridge and cross over into the Brunei-Muara District. Once across the bridge, continue on Jalan Tasek until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien. The Royal Regalia Museum is located on this road. Look for the museum on your left; it should be well signposted.
