    From Bandar Seri Begawan, take a speedboat to Muara. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. From Muara, smaller boats can take you to Pulau Selirong. Alternatively, take a bus from Bandar Seri Begawan to Bangar town in Temburong District. From Bangar, hire a local boat to Pulau Selirong. The boat ride costs BND 10-15 per person and takes 20-30 minutes.
