Designed by Egyptian architect Abdel-Wahed El-Wakil, the mosque is intended to be an oasis of spiritual meaning.The mosque can accommodate up to 700 worshippers. Its features include a retractable roof, allowing natural light and ventilation. The courtyard has water features, Moroccan mosaics, a marble fountain, and brass lamps. Inside, the prayer halls showcase hand-carved Moroccan mosaics and Arabic calligraphy. The mosque also includes a multipurpose hall, ablution areas, and parking for around 130 vehicles.Visitors should dress modestly, and women are required to cover their heads, shoulders, and knees. Robes and shawls are often provided. The mosque provides a peaceful environment for prayer and contemplation.
