If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Tutong District. Head east on Jalan Tutong (Route 4) towards Bandar Seri Begawan. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach Bandar Seri Begawan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kubah Makam Diraja. Turn left onto Jalan Kubah Makam Diraja, and Plaza Athirah will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available nearby.
