Getting There

    From Tutong River, head east on Jalan Tutong towards the Lambak Kanan area. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Brunei Muara. Turn right onto Jalan Brunei Muara and follow the road signs to Limbang. After about 1 hour of driving, you will cross the border into Malaysia. Keep following the signs to Limbang, Sarawak. Once in Limbang, follow local signs to Kampung Meritam. The mud volcanoes are located near the village. Parking may be available near the site, but be sure to check local regulations.

    From Tutong River, take a bus heading to Bandar Seri Begawan. Once you arrive in Bandar Seri Begawan, transfer to a bus that goes to the Kuala Lurah border checkpoint.
