Car
From Tutong River, head east on Jalan Tutong towards the Lambak Kanan area. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Brunei Muara. Turn right onto Jalan Brunei Muara and follow the road signs to Limbang. After about 1 hour of driving, you will cross the border into Malaysia. Keep following the signs to Limbang, Sarawak. Once in Limbang, follow local signs to Kampung Meritam. The mud volcanoes are located near the village. Parking may be available near the site, but be sure to check local regulations.

Public Transportation
From Tutong River, take a bus heading to Bandar Seri Begawan. Once you arrive in Bandar Seri Begawan, transfer to a bus that goes to the Kuala Lurah border checkpoint. After crossing the border into Malaysia, take a local bus to Limbang. Once in Limbang, you may need to hire a taxi or use a ride-sharing service to reach Kampung Meritam. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary. The total travel time may take 3 to 4 hours depending on transfer times.
