Each sculpture tells a story, reflecting the values and aspirations shared by member countries.Completed during the Fourth ASEAN Square Sculpture Symposium in 1986, the sculptures embody the theme of "Harmony in Diversity". The project, spearheaded by the Sub-Committee on Culture of the ASEAN Committee on Culture and Information (ASEAN-COCI), received support from the ASEAN Cultural Fund and the Government of Brunei Darussalam. The sculptures were inaugurated at Damuan Recreational Park.Visiting the ASEAN Sculptures offers a chance to appreciate the artistic expressions and cultural nuances of each represented nation. The sculptures are beautifully illuminated at night, creating a magical ambiance. The park provides walking paths and recreational facilities, making it an ideal destination for a leisurely stroll.

The ASEAN Sculptures are located along Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha in Bandar Seri Begawan. From the city center, head east towards the Istana Nurul Iman (Sultan's Palace). The sculptures are situated within Damuan Recreational Park, along the waterfront. The park is easily accessible on foot from most central locations.

To reach the ASEAN Sculptures via public transport, take a bus to the central bus terminal in Bandar Seri Begawan. From there, you can take bus lines 21, 24, 45, 57, 42, 44, 46, 20, 01A, 22, 23, 34, 38, or 36. Alight at a stop near Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha and walk towards Damuan Recreational Park. The average bus fare is BND 1.
