If you are in the center of Tutong, start by heading towards the Tutong Town Mosque, which is a prominent landmark. From the mosque, walk towards Jalan Tutong, which is the main road. Follow Jalan Tutong for about 1 kilometer until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto Simpang 482. Continue walking straight on Simpang 482 for approximately 500 meters. The Malay Technology Museum will be on your right side, identifiable by its distinctive architecture and signage.

From the Tutong Town Center, you can take a local bus that services the area. Look for bus number 14, which runs towards Kampung Kota Batu. Board the bus and inform the driver that you wish to get off at the Malay Technology Museum stop. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you disembark, the museum will be a short walk down the road on your left at Simpang 482.
