If you are in the center of Tutong, head towards Jalan Tutong. Walk along this road until you reach the junction with Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Turn left onto Jalan Kumbang Pasang and continue walking straight. After approximately 3 km, you will see Taman Jubli Perak on your right side. The park is a popular spot with distinct landscaping and is easily recognizable.

From Tutong town, take the public bus heading towards Bandar Seri Begawan. The bus stop is located near the main market square. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you need to stop at Taman Jubli Perak, located on Jalan Kumbang Pasang. The bus will take about 30-40 minutes, and you will be dropped off near the park entrance. After getting off, walk a short distance to reach the park.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from any local rental shop in Tutong. Start your journey by heading towards Jalan Tutong and follow it until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kumbang Pasang. Turn left and continue cycling for about 3 km.
