If you are driving, head to Kavarna, which is approximately 60 km from Varna. From Varna, take the E87 road towards Burgas. After about 25 km, turn off onto the road that leads to Kavarna. Continue straight until you reach Kavarna, and then follow the signs to Cape Kaliakra. The cape is about 15 km from Kavarna. There is a parking lot available near the entrance, and parking fees may apply.

To reach Cape Kaliakra using public transport, take a bus from Varna to Kavarna. Buses leave regularly from the Varna Central Bus Station. Once you arrive in Kavarna, you can take a local taxi or check for any available shuttle services that may take you directly to Cape Kaliakra. The taxi ride should take about 20 minutes and cost around 15-20 BGN (Bulgarian Lev). Ensure to confirm the price beforehand.
