    From anywhere in Old Nessebar, the UNESCO sign is easily accessible on foot. Simply follow the main street (ul. Metropolitanska) towards the entrance of the old town. The sign is located near the beginning of the causeway connecting the old town peninsula to the mainland.

  • Public Transport

    If arriving by bus from Sunny Beach, Burgas, or other nearby towns, disembark at the Nessebar bus station in the new town. From there, walk along the causeway towards the Old Town (approximately 15-20 minutes). The UNESCO sign will be visible as you approach the entrance to the Old Town. Bus tickets from Sunny Beach to Nessebar cost around 4 BGN.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available in Sunny Beach and the new town of Nessebar. A taxi ride from Sunny Beach to the entrance of the Old Town costs approximately 15-20 BGN. Ask the driver to drop you off near the beginning of the causeway for easy access to the UNESCO sign.

  • Driving

    If driving, follow the main road to Nessebar. There is a large parking area located near the entrance to the Old Town. From the parking lot, the UNESCO sign is a short walk away. Parking fees are approximately 12 BGN for 24 hours.
