If you are in the city center of Pleven, start at the main square (Ploshtad 'Vazrazhdane'). From there, head northeast on 'Tzanko Tserkovski' street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with 'Tsar Boris III Obedinitel' boulevard. Turn right onto 'Tsar Boris III Obedinitel' boulevard. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you see signs for Skobelev Park.
