Turn right onto 'Tsar Boris III Obedinitel' boulevard. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you see signs for Skobelev Park. Enter the park, and Pleven Panorama will be directly ahead.

From the central bus station in Pleven, take bus number 3 or 7. The bus will take you towards Skobelev Park. Get off at the 'Skobelev Park' stop, which is a short 5-minute ride. Once you exit the bus, walk straight into the park, and you will see Pleven Panorama ahead of you.
