Car

To reach the Devil's Bridge by car, start from the town of Ardino. Follow the brown signs pointing towards the bridge. The road to the bridge is generally well-maintained, but be aware of some winding sections. Drive towards the village of Dyadovtsi and continue to the end of the asphalt road. You'll find a widened area where you can park your car. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the bridge. Parking is free, but can be limited during peak season. Be cautious in winter, as some sections can be steep and slippery.
Public Transport

To reach the Devil's Bridge via public transport, take a bus from Kardzhali or Smolyan to Ardino. From Ardino, you can hire a taxi to the bridge, which is about 10 km away. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Smolyan to Dospat and then a taxi to the bridge. The taxi ride from Dospat to the Devil's Bridge is approximately 10-15 BGN. In return for revealing the secret to building a sturdy bridge, the Devil demanded that his image be forever integrated into the structure. Another legend tells of a Bulgarian girl who, fleeing Ottoman soldiers, saw the Devil's reflection in the water, causing her pursuers to flee in terror. Declared a monument of culture in 1984, the Devil's Bridge is accessible by car via a rough road. Tourist infrastructure has been developed nearby, offering picnic and recreation areas.
