Walking
If you are starting from the Ruse Train Station, exit the station and turn left onto Tsar Kaloyan Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Aleksandrovska Street. Turn right onto Aleksandrovska Street and continue walking for another 500 meters. You will pass the Regional Historical Museum on your left. Continue straight until you reach Freedom Square (Pl. Elias Kaneti). The Fountain is located at the center of the square.

From the Ruse City Center (if you are near the Danube River), head towards the main pedestrian street, which is Aleksandrovska Street. Walk along Aleksandrovska Street towards the north for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Pl. Elias Kaneti. Turn right onto Pl. Elias Kaneti and walk for another 200 meters. The Fountain will be in the center of Freedom Square, easily visible.

Public Transport
If you are near the Ruse Bus Station, take the city bus number 15 or 10. Alight at the stop 'Pl. Svoboda'. From there, walk straight down towards the main pedestrian area. You will find yourself on Aleksandrovska Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Freedom Square (Pl. Elias Kaneti). The Fountain is located at the center of the square.
