If you are starting from the Ruse Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto булевард 'Цар Освободител'. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach a major intersection with булевард 'Скобелев'. Cross the intersection and continue straight for another 400 meters. You will see the large square 'пл. Княз Александър Батенберг' ahead. The Regional Historical Museum is located at the square, specifically at пл. Княз Александър Батенберг 3.

From the Ruse Railway Station, take bus number 4 or 8. The bus stop is located right outside the station. Ride the bus for 3 stops and get off at the 'Театър' stop. From there, walk straight down ул. 'Александровска' for about 300 meters, then turn left onto булевард 'Княз Александър Батенберг'. The Regional Historical Museum will be on your right at пл. Княз Александър Батенберг 3.
