From the center of Ruse, head to the main bus station (Автогара Русе). You can walk there as it is about 15 minutes from the main square. At the bus station, look for buses heading towards Prista. After getting off, walk west for about 10 minutes along the river until you reach the beach.

For a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Ruse to Плаж Люляка. Simply ask for the beach at Prista (Плаж Люляка, Приста). The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare or ensure the meter is running.
