Car
To reach Kazanite Falls by car from Semkovo, start by heading north on the main road (E79). Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the village of Gorno Draglishte. Here, turn right onto the road leading to the Kazanite Falls. Follow the signs towards Kazanite Falls, which will guide you for another 2 kilometers until you find a parking area near the falls. Please note that parking may incur a small fee, usually around 2-5 BGN.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a local bus from Semkovo to the nearby town of Bansko. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the fare is approximately 5 BGN. Once in Bansko, you will need to switch to another bus that heads towards Gorno Draglishte. After arriving in Gorno Draglishte, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) or take a taxi (costing around 10 BGN) to reach the entrance of Kazanite Falls.
Walking
For those who enjoy hiking, you can walk from Semkovo to Kazanite Falls. This is a scenic route that takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Start by heading north on the main road out of Semkovo, following the path that leads towards Gorno Draglishte. The trail is well-marked, and you will be treated to beautiful views of the countryside along the way. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water for the journey.
