To reach the NPC via public transport, take the Sofia Metro Line 1 (the red line). Board the train at any metro station heading toward 'Slaviyanski Bazari' station. If you're coming from the Sofia Airport, take the Metro Line 1 from 'Sofia Airport' directly to 'Serdika' station, then transfer to Line 2 (the blue line) towards 'Obelya'. Disembark at 'NDK' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to the National Palace of Culture, which is just a short walk away. The metro fare is approximately 1.60 BGN.
