By Car
If you are driving, head towards Sofia city center. From the Sofia Valley area, take the A1 highway towards Sofia. Once you reach Sofia, follow signs for 'Centrum' and take the exit toward 'Ndk'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Vitosha Boulevard'. Turn right and you will see the NDK fountains located in the park area adjacent to the National Palace of Culture. Parking is available nearby but may incur fees, typically around 2-3 BGN per hour.
By Public Transportation
To reach the NDK fountains using public transport, find the nearest bus or metro station in Sofia Valley. If you are near a metro station, take Line 1 (the red line) towards 'Slaviya' and get off at 'Serdika' station. From there, transfer to Line 2 (the blue line) towards 'Obelya' and get off at 'NDK' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to the NDK, which is a short walk away. Alternatively, you can take bus number 94 or 88, which directly stop near the National Palace of Culture. The bus fare is generally around 1.60 BGN.

From the National Palace of Culture, simply walk towards the fountains located in the surrounding park area.
