Continue on the A1 for about 70 km until you reach the exit for the E79 road towards Montana. Follow the E79 for approximately 30 km until you reach the turnoff for Varshets. From Varshets, follow local signs for Klisurski Monastery, which is located about 5 km from the town center. Keep in mind that parking is available near the monastery, which is free of charge.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Sofia to Montana; buses run regularly from the Central Bus Station. The journey takes about 2 hours and costs around 15 BGN. Once you arrive in Montana, transfer to a local bus heading to Varshets. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes and costs around 3 BGN. After arriving at the Varshets bus station, you can either take a taxi (approximately 10 BGN) or walk the 5 km to Klisurski Monastery, following local signs.
