If you are driving, start from the center of Sofia. Take the Ring Road (Osvobozhdenie Blvd.) towards Pernik. Continue on the A1 highway and take the exit towards Pernik. Follow signs to Pernik city center. Once in Pernik, look for signs directing you towards Vitosha Mountain. The Living Water Cave is located approximately 15 kilometers from the city center of Pernik. You can park your car at the designated parking area near the cave entrance.

From Sofia, you can take a bus from the Ovcha Kupel bus station to Pernik. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in Pernik, you can take a taxi to the Living Water Cave, which is around 15 kilometers away from the bus station. Alternatively, check local bus services that may take you closer to the cave; be sure to ask locals or check online for the latest routes. The taxi fare from Pernik to the cave should be around 15-20 BGN.
