The hike from Aleko to the peak is about 1-2 hours, depending on fitness level. A single bus ticket costs 1.60 BGN.

When driving from Sofia, head towards Vitosha Mountain and take the ring road (A1), exiting towards the Vitosha area. Follow signs to Aleko ski resort, a common starting point for hikes. Continue on the road until you find the Unnamed Road towards Black Rock Peak. Park in the designated area near the trailhead, around coordinates 42.6057963, 23.2586827. From there, follow marked trails to the peak, a 1-2 hour hike. Parking is free.
