If you are traveling by car from Buragane, start by heading south on the main road toward Rumonge. Follow R.N.3 Rumonge Highway for approximately 30 kilometers. Upon reaching Kagongo, look for Sunstone Beach, which is located directly off R.N.3. You will find parking available at the beach entrance.

To reach Sunstone Beach via public transportation, first, make your way to the Buragane bus station. Look for buses heading towards Rumonge, specifically those that stop in Kagongo. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes to an hour, and a typical fare is about 1,500 Burundian Francs. Once you arrive in Kagongo, disembark at the stop closest to R.N.3. From there, you can walk approximately 10 minutes in the direction of the beach, following the road signs that point toward Sunstone Beach.
