From Kirundo, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Head south on Avenue de l'Indépendance until you reach the main road, Route Nationale 2 (RN2). Turn left onto RN2 and continue for about 15 kilometers. Look for signs pointing towards Kibira National Park, which will lead you to your destination.

Start at the Kirundo bus station. Take a bus heading towards Gitega. After about 30-45 minutes, get off at the bus stop closest to Busiga. From there, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) to take you directly to Kibira National Park, which is approximately 5 kilometers away. Ensure you inform the driver of your destination.
