From the center of Rumonge, head north on Avenue du Lac towards Avenue de la Réunion. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at the main intersection. Take the second exit onto Avenue de l'Indépendance, and follow it for 2 kilometers until you come to the bus station. From there, you can catch a local bus heading towards Bujumbura.
